What does therapy look like?

Initial intake sessions are 90 minute diagnostic interviews during which we will identify your current concerns and symptoms and establish your goals for treatment. Ongoing therapy can occur on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on your current symptoms and treatment goals.

How much are sessions?

Cost of treatment depends on the type of service provided, session duration, and your insurance coverage (see more below). Below are standards costs of treatment:

Intake Session: $275

Individual Psychotherapy Session: $250

Do you take insurance?

I am able to take insurance only for individuals currently located in Florida. If you are in a PSYPACT state (see list below), I am unable to take insurance at this time.

I am currently in-network for Aetna, Cigna, and Carelon Behavioral Health (for FL residents only).

For self-pay: I am able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance plans can reimburse up to 50-80% of the cost of a session. Contact your insurance company for more information regarding out-of-network benefits.
